BZSQUARE STUDIO is a fitness studio which offers group fitness programs to help people remain fit and healthy. Our fitness routines like Bokwa and Zumba are concentrated on weight loss, body toning and building stamina. Our studio believes in a complete body workout, where the individual can feel completely stress free and rejuvenated after the workout. In this busy world where all of us undergo a daily pressure at home and at work place to keep up to the pace of life, you can look up to our studio at getting relived and just being yourself and working out on your body. Cadio workouts are great stress busters and when you workout in a group the energy and the motivation to workout gets double folded. In addition, when you come to work out with your family members or friends it becomes a great place to spend quality time together and have fun, while becoming fit and healthy.
Developed by international fitness personality Paul Mavi, Bokwa® comes from Paul’s native South African roots as a dancer and musician. As a leading Los Angeles based Group Fitness Instructor, Paul developed Bokwa® for his own classes over an 8 year period.
Since then Bokwa® has developed a loyal following across the globe with certified instructors and participants in dozens of countries, by offering certifications to Independent Group Fitness Instructors who then teach Bokwa® classes in some of the largest health club chains, independent studios, schools and community centers.

Everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.
We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Being an IT professional for 5 years, Swapna had to quit her job because of personal and health reasons. She joined fitness classes with Chandana Mishra on April 2014. Inspired by her style and teaching techniques, she decided to take up fitness as her career.
She always believes that wonders can be done, when worked as a team!!
She is a having a Masters degree in Civil Engineering from BITS, Pilani and later an IT career of 6.5 years. But nothing has interested Purnima Shankar more than the fitness line. Her interest towards dance fitness forms pulled her into attending fitness classes with Chandana Mishra. Inspired by her, she took up fitness as a career
